Xencom is an energy management company with over 30 years of nationwide experience and is one of the few Honeywell Elite Authorized Controls Integrators (ACI-Elite) in the country.

We are growing and looking to hire an EMS Project Manager to join our team! Travel is required for this position (Does not require travel over the weekend)

Ideal candidate will possess the following experience:

·         Strong leadership skills – listening, verbal and written communication skills.

·         Ability to communicate effectively with multiple layers of the business process – Management and Sales, Contractors, Owner/agents and co-workers.

·         Manages the development of project plans in advance of project activity to ensure effective execution. Monitors progress to assure compliance with the pre-determined execution plan.

·         Obtains bids and selects reliable subcontractors to provide wiring, device installation, special construction details.

·         Participates in job site walk through and manages the completion of all close-out documentation such as As-Built drawings and system operating instructions and all project records.

·         Commissioning and downloading of energy management system and assists in project startup.

·         Provides technical support and basic training to site customers.

·         Experience with wiring schematics and a firm working knowledge of electrical (AC/DC) and mechanical systems (unitary systems to chilled water/VAV based systems).

·         Computer skills for communication, record keeping and report writing as well as device downloading is essential.  AutoCAD experience a definite bonus.

·         Knowledge in Tridium/Niagara based product lines, BACNET, LON, IP networks.

·         Degreed individual or equivalent with an emphasis in a technical field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Niagara AX certified with 2+ years related experience
