Over the past 30 years Xencom Elemco has provided energy management systems with the expectation of lowered energy usage/costs and a reasonable return on investments, relying multiple spreadsheets to show these reductions in usage, savings and paybacks. Based on our 30+ years of knowledge, experience and research of energy evaluation systems on the market, we decided to develop our own Web based database management portal that is custom tailored for projects that have multiple utility meters and retail energy providers (REPs). That’s why EPA created ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®, an online tool you can use to measure and track energy and water consumption, as well as greenhouse gas emissions. Use it to benchmark the performance of one building or a whole portfolio of buildings, all in a secure online environment.
Use Portfolio Manager Benchmark any type of building. We assist with this process and manage our customers data using the Portfolio Manager, your data from our UMR can be automatically uploaded.
Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB)
GRESB validates, scores and benchmarks ESG performance data, providing business intelligence and engagement tools to investors and managers. Many Institutional Investors use GRESB data and analytical tools to manage ESG risks, capitalize on opportunities and engage with investment managers. We assist and manage our customers data to be used in GRESB Reporting.

Through this program we are able to finance any energy efficiency projects or any equipment replacement that contributes to lower energy use of the facility.
